At We Are Knitters, we want you to love your DIY projects; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused kits or yarn within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and that yarn skeins have not been wound or tangled.
Request a Return Label
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to download and print your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar sturdy container and attach the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
